1. How long will my delivery take?

For stock items:

UK deliveries

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped overnight for delivery the next working day.

European deliveries

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday):

Express deliveries will be shipped for delivery the next working day

Economy deliveries will be shipped for delivery within 72 hours.

Worldwide

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped the same day for delivery within 72hours unless express shipping is selected.

For non-stock items:

The majority of non-stock items are shipped within 48hrs of receipt of your order. For accurate lead times please contact our sales team via the online chat.

2. I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

Please send your order back to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with,we will refund your account/credit card minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

3. You sent me the wrong product. What should I do?

As soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange to send the correct item to you and ask a courier to pick the wrong item up.

4. What are your delivery charges?

UK deliveries

Orders over £150 (ex. VAT) are delivered free of charge in the UK otherwise a £10 (ex. VAT) delivery charge will apply.

European and Worldwide deliveries

European and worldwide shipments are based on a weight/volume ratio for quotation. An accurate shipping charge is indicated at the time of placing your order.

5. Which transporter is used for delivery?

We use TNT for both national and international deliveries.

6. How can I make sure my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a delivery note by email showing your TNT tracking number. This can be used to track your delivery.

Can I get my order shipped to a third party delivery address?

Yes you can.

Returns and refunds

1. How do I return an item?

Any items you return must be returned in their original packing. They must be returned with all their protective material.

2. How quickly will I receive my money back?

Your account/credit card will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
